Present Tense in "here comes the bus!"

Hi there: How to interpret the use of Present Tense in "here comes the bus!" or "up we go!"? can we interpret the use as "instantaneous present"? But in my opinion, the coming of a bus" is not an instantaneous one, as the actions in boxing game, for example. thank you
