What is the difference between the following sentences (present subjunctive and past subjunctive)

What is the difference between the following sentences (present subjunctive and past subjunctive)

These are not present and past subjunctive. Present subjunctive would have 'play', not 'played'. These are past and past perfect subjunctive (or indicative).
