Present simple with so far

Hello everyone,

Can we use "so far" with present simple?as follows:

- I'm in Norway so far.

In certain cases we can use "so far" with present simple, e.g. "I'm impressed so far", but your sentence does not work. I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to say. You may mean "I'm in Norway at the moment" or "I'm still in Norway".
