Present simple tense

Hi,
Can you give me a few examples of using the present simple tense for things that are repeated and/or habitual, please? I'm confused about these two things, i.e., using the present simple for things that are repeated and using it for things that are habitual.

Thanks once again, for replying, Mister Micawber!
