What do you usually do on Mondays? I usually play baseball on Mondays. In order for this sentence to be correct syntax and semantics wise, we needs to pluralize Monday(s).

Grammatically, it looks correct but it is not. Do you play ball every Monday? or the coming Monday? Remember one important rule. We use simple present tense for habitual activities but the activities or events must be in plural. So for your sentence to be clearly understood and correct, you may either use present tense as suggested above, or rewrite as: What are you doing (the coming) Monday? (If you ask this question on at the tail end of the week, people will understand it is the coming Monday). Then, you can say: " I am playing basketball (with my friends). In case you are confused by the use of present progressive (I am playing..) , it can be used to express future context when the semantics and syntax allow.
