Present simple Tence

Hi Friends,

I'm working in BPO, as you all knw english is very basic way for communication in such organization, thatS why I am trying to improve myself with lots of activities like reading stuff watching movies, new channel, and alway trying to speak among my friends, bt alway get affraid when it comes to other person has a good command over it even though I knw that sentace and I do stop talking
this fear making me weak...and I am losing my confidence level, apart from my task as work my responsibilities to communicate with Internation team member through IM, I learned lots, seen lots of words first time whom I was unware. and many time being confused with using of diff words... my effort driving me on the way...I want to extend my experiece and get more oportunites ...to make my family happy...and myself .Emotion: smile I don't have any other sources because my whole family depends on me...so I can't join any well known institute.

please suggest me few more way to quick understanding ...I seemed always confused with present simple tence / and and part perfect tence..?

I need your support and tips how can I improve my skill as soon as possible.
