Present Simple / Present Continuous / Past Simple

Hello!

I am writing a motivation letter and I have one question. Could you tell me which is the right tense in the following sentences?

1. I am interested in the position which you offer because… (Present Simple);
2. I am interested in the position which you are offering because… (Present Continuous);
3. I am interested in the position which you offered because… (Past Simple);

Is it possible and correct to use all of them? Could you give me some explanations as well?

Thank you!

Syntactically, "offer" is not the right choice of word becasue the position is not "offered" to you, so regardless of the tense, it is not the right word in my opinion.
