Present Simple or Present Continuous?

I am curious which tense is better..?

I would like to say that somebody all the time gets me angry/ gets on my nerves.

What should I say:

He gets me angry or He is getting me angry ( As far asI know by Continuous we can expresses our annoyance)..

Because when I want to say that he gets me angry for example today I can say:

He is getting on my nerves today, is it correct?

Thank you for help.

Present continuous is used for

1. Now

2. Temporary

3. Future arrangement(usually on your dairy )

4. Expressing annoyance

For the fourth usuage, always is usually used.

Ex. He is always coming late. He is always telling lies

I hope it helps
