Present simple and will

hello. my name is Dyo. I've got a question about how to use 'will and present simple. when both of them indicate characteristic or behaviour which one do you use? Present simple indicates general things and habits. why does 'will' also indicate behaviour or things that are true. i can't understand the difference. please help me.
