Present Simple

Hello,

Could you help, please?
I know that we can use the Present Simple for train/airplane timetables, school timetables, etc.
Would the Present Simple be acceptable in an advertisement?
For example a student is writing an advertisement for a trip:

"I'm organizing a trip to London.
We leave on Monday at 7 a.m.
We sleep in a comfortable four-star hotel.
We visit London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London.
We come back on Friday.
If you are interested, call me on 111222333."

I know that it would be better to use other structures but would the Present Simple be ok in such a text?

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help.
Is the Present Simple fully correct in such sentences or they are just understandable?
Thank you for your further help.

It does not really matter which way of expressing the future you use in that context. The present simple is fine.
