Exlamantory sentences with Present Indefinite:

They are usually beginning with how and what:

How well he plays!

How quickly he is!

How he can do that!

Wow! What a nice play (it is)

What a fine building (that is)

How nice he scores!

How hot (it is)

Words in the brackets are optional and they are usually omitted.

But there are also sentences beginning with here or there:

There goes another one!

Here comes the sunrise!

Attention:

there goes is also used to express the destruction or failure of something:

there goes my career

and in several idiomatic sentences:

There he goes!

There goes but a pair of shears between them

As for the use of Present Indefinite in slogans and advertisments, here are some examples:

"Life Begins Here" - new Coca-Cola slogan

"Summer time is Pepsi time" - new Pepsi slogan

"The only thing like Coca-Cola is Coca-Cola itself" - very old Coca-Cola slogan (it was in 1942)
