Present Progressive

Hello everyone,
If there is a series of pictures showing someone's activities, I wonder if I can ask about them using the present progressive + time.
I mean, is it possible to introduce the present progressive along with the hours? Is it a good idea?

Are they possible?
a) Now it's twelve o'clock. She is sleeping.
b) What is she doing at twelve o'clock? She is sleeping.
etc.

I mean, I can also ask them, for example, in present simple.
a) She sleeps at twelve o'clock.
b) What does she do at twelve o'clock? She sleeps.
etc.

And I can also use the hours with all the other tenses except the perfect tenses; right?

Thanks.
