They are technically correct grammatically, but 1 and 3 are the standard forms for the situations you're describing.

If you have been participating in some kind of activity during the time before you tell someone about it, use the continuous aspect of the verb (1 and 3).

I've been studying for an exam since 10 this morning.
I've been raking leaves since 2 this afternoon.
I've been reading this novel since I got off work at 4:30.

The non-continuous form is better for non-activities: know, believe, live, etc.

I've known that since I was a child.
I've believed that since I was in high school.
I've lived here since 2007.
