Present perfect. Why can't i use it?

Hello. I would like to know why i can't use present perfect in the following sentence :

I refuse to speak to her until ____ (she/apologise).

According to English Grammar in Use i have to use present simple. I do know about the rule where after |as soon as, until | etc. i have to use it, but present perfect should be also possible sinc.... until she apologise... is an action that must be completed before i am going to speak to her. Or at least i think so.

Please help me guys. Thank you Emotion: smile

Thanks for the answer
Maybe it's just my fault since I expected to find every right answer in the end of the book, but they had never stated so. Never mind. Btw are the sentences that i have just written correct? I am still learning how to use perfect sentences.
