present perfect vs. simple past

Ehy guys I need a bit of help here...

Situation A
A race ends and the contestants are coming back to base, I am there so I have to ask : 1. How has it gone? or 2. How did it go?

Situation B
Someone is telling me they watched the game on tv last night, I ask: 1 Did your team win? or 2 Has your team won?

please give also explanation
