Present perfect vs simple past

Can someone please tell me which of the following sentences is correct?

1) When have you played rugby this week, Tuesday or Wednesday?

2) When did you play rugby this week, Tuesday or Wednesday?

The second one sounds more natural to me, but I'm not an English native speaker.

Thanks,

Rob

Rob, #1 is not a sound sentence. There is no need for present perfect which was used incorrectly. For the same meaning, you may say:"Which day are you playing Rugby this week; Tues.
