Present perfect vs present tense

I enjoy reading the stories you write me, and the advice you give me, so it's never disturbing!

ANd

I enjoy reading the stories you've written me, and the advice you've given me, so it's never disturbing!

What's the difference between these two sentences? Do they have the same meaning or are they interchangeable?

Thanks!
