“Oh look, the garden's all beautiful and white – it has been snowing! And now the sun’s shining, so it looks fantastic!"
When she says this sentence, the snow has stopped. Would it be appropriate for her to say “Oh look, the garden's all beautiful and white – it has snowed!”?
