Present perfect use OK?

Hi. Are the use of present perfect tenses in these situations OK?

1. Question: Hi, Joe. Have you met John at the coffee shop at 2 p.m. in Manila this afternoon?

Response 1:No. I haven't seen him there at that time when I went to Manila at 2 p.m. today.

Response 2: OK. I have gone to Manila and the coffee shop at 2 p.m. but haven't seen John there. Sorry.

2. Question: Hi, Joe. What did you do today? Have you gone to Manila and also gone to the usual coffee shop at 2 p.m. and seen John there?

Response: Oh... let me see... yes, I was in Manila and at the coffee shop that I usually go to at that time but haven't seen John there. I went shopping after that and bought some great-looking clothes.

Great. Ha. I forgot that you can't use a specific time word/phrase with present perfect.

1.I think this is OK.

A: I don't see John./I haven't seen him all afternoon. Have you seen him today?

B: No. I haven't seen him. I didn't see him yesterday too.

I don't think the word "today" is denoting a time that is specific.

2. I think this is OK.

A: OK

A: I don't see John./I haven't seen him all afternoon. Have you seen him today?

B: No. I haven't seen him. I didn't see him yesterday too either.
All OK as corrected.
Part 2 is OK too.
