Present perfect simple/continuous?

Here is an exercise is from Cutting Edge Upper-Intermediate Student's Book p63

I'm pretty sure that 1,4,7 are present perfect simple, but not quite sure about the rest.

I think 4,6 is also present perfect simple; 1,3 present perfect continuous; and 2, 5 can be both tenses, am I correct?
I'm qutie confused as to when can we use both tenses and is there any differences when we do?

Thanks for you help!
