Present perfect simple instead of continuous

I find difficulty choosing between present perfect continuous and simple in similar sentences to the ones below in which the idea of result is involved.

Would the simple present perfect be used instead of the continuous below? What would be the difference?

#1 Her eyes are red. She has cried Or (She must have cried.)
#2 He is tired. He has worked.Or (He must have worded hard.)

I think you need more research. These are the natural: #1 Her eyes are red. She h as been / must have been crying.
