Present Perfect Simple & Continuous

Please can someone explain the difference between these two sentences:

I've run in the park, so I'm tired.

I've been running in the park, so I'm tired.

What is the rule? I am so confused...

There's no rule, but it seems to me that being tired would be the result of continuous running during a time period that extends up to present time, so the second (been running) seems like the more logical sentence to me. CJ
