Present perfect question

Hi, can someone please help me with the tenses in this sentence:
I have ordered some items, and they have arrived.
I have ordered some items, but they haven't arrived yet.

The first part of both sentences I've changed from the present perfect to the simple past. To me the ordering happened before the arrival/no arrival, so I don't think it's right. Don't you think this is better:
I ordered some items, and they have arrived.
I ordered some items, but they haven't arrived yet.

But in this sentence I left it as is:
I have never landed on the moon, I have never seen a ghost, and I have never believed in superstitions.

Thank you.

CalifJim, thank you for answering. I am sorry for confusing you. English is hard for me, so I don't always express myself very well.

You're understood everything correctly. I didn't think "I have ordered" was correct. I thought it should be "I ordered" and I've changed accordingly. But you say either is fine. Thank you for confirming that they are all correct!
