Grammar

Present perfect, past simple or past perfect?

Is it...

1.) I have never known love until I met you

2.) I never knew love until I met you

3.) I had never known known love until I met (from what I know about grammar, this one seems to be right [first I didnt know what love was -> then I met you -> now, I know] but it does sound funny). And 1.) and 2.) seem to be commonly used.
