Present perfect OR simple past use?

This week is the second week of the practicum. I observed some of the changes among students in the classroom of the grade three. Some of the students’ behaviors have changed to better, but some have not. In the first week, when I asked the misbehaved students to stop doing in a particular behavior, they did. This week, they ignored me when I asked them to stop. This might be that I accustomed to me. Unlike the first week of practicum, now I know the grade three students’ names. This is because I have worked with them in many classes. For example, the teacher asked me to collect their communication books, workbooks and to correct their worksheets. These works helped me to know all of their names. Through the observation, I noticed that the students’ work styles vary from student to another. There is one student ‘Noor’ that I really admire her work style. Her work style seems as a student in fifth or fourth grade. Her handwriting, her questions through the lesson and her behavior are excellent. I approximately have known a few of the students’ friends who are from outside the classroom. I noticed that some of the students have different friends who play with in the playground. I know most of the students of the grade three’s classmates.
