Present Perfect or Simple

Hi,
For a reference letter, when we want to indicate that the employee is still working there, should we use present perfect or present simple?
Is it correct to say "He has currently been employed" or the tense should be simple?

movo Is it correct to say "He has currently been employed" or the tense should be simple? As a sentence by itself, this does not work. You can say "He is currently an employee here/there" or "He is currently an employee of company name ".
