Present Perfect or Present Simple?

Dear all,

I would like to know if it is correct to say: 'I moved to London.' As I not mentioning the time and I am still in London, I thought maybe I should use present perfect ('I have moved to Lonon.'). Please tell me which one is correct and why?

Without more context, I suggest that the present perfect is the better choice.
