Present Perfect or Present Perfect Continous

1- Choose the correct answer:

1- What......recently?

a) have you done b) have you been doing

2- He ......... really hard since the Olympic Games in 2004.

a) has trained b) has been training

My answer is:

1- I think both choices are ok, but I'm not sure

2- has been training

I wonder if you could help me with these two questions
