Hello teacher
Let me know which tense must I write please
Yesterday I received 3 records that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I opened the parcel and discovered that one of them was broken . I said to myself :"What happened or what has happened!" . I think the second one is better because something anormal happened or may be both are correct
