Present Perfect or not?

1.It was the first time I'd talked to her outside the office.
1.It was the first time I talked to her outside the office.

2.That is the first time I've seen him look embarrassed.
2.That is the first time I saw him look embarrassed.

3.It won't be the first time she has voted against the government.
3.It won't be the first time she will vote against the government.

Hi. Must they all be in present perfect when the clauses follow the first time term? Or can you get away using other tenses?
