English in Germany

Present perfect oder past tense

Bitte kann mir jemand sagen ob man in diesem Satz present perfect oder past tense verwenden muss.

Have you already heard: Merry has won oder won the lottery. Kann mir jemand sagen ob has won oder won richtig ist. Danke schon im Voraus.

I can understand German, but not speak/write it without far too many mistakes, so: Have you heard? Mary won the lottery . (Seen as a complete, finished action prior to NOW, the moment of speaking, and having no connection with the present.
