Present perfect continuous tense

1) He has been taking the dogs for a walk.

2) I have been helping him with his project.

3) She has been going for cooking lessons.

4) I have been waiting for four hours.

5) He has been painting since high school.

I had to make these sentences using the given specific words. Are the sentences correct? If not, please help me make them correct.
