Present perfect continuous question

In the sentence "I have been working in the garden all day." mean that

When the sentence has been uttered.

1. The person is still working in the garden.

2. The person has finished working a few seconds or minutes ago

3. The person says this sentence a few days, weeks or months later from that working.
