Present perfect continuous in the negative form

Can somebody help me?

1)I haven't been watching TV at all lately

2) I haven't watched TV at all lately

are both sentences correct? I found the first one in an English course book.

If they are both correct, do they mean the same?

Thanks a lot in advance!
