Present perfect continuous

Hello,

1. We had an enjoyable holiday.

I think the meaning of 'had' in the above sentence is 'experienced'. Is it correct?

The above sentence (1) is to be changed into the present perfect tense.

Is the above (A) correct?

Any other way to write the same.

Could anyone please here help me?

Thanks.
