Present Perfect Continuous

Hello!

What du you understand when I say: "She has been crying?" Does it mean: She was crying just till now?

and what does it mean, when I say: "She has been crying sience yesterday?" Does it mean, that she cries now too?

I have just asked it for this text:

"We use the Present Perfect Continuous to show that something started in the past and continues in the present.
  • He has been painting the house for 5 hours. He's still painting it
  • I have been working as a fireman since 1973. I still work as a fireman" (

That's not the present perfect continuous; it's the present continuous. You mean this:

She has already been waiting for two hours.

This is correct. The present continuous is not correct.
