Is it correct to say:This is the first time Ive been visiting Paris?

In my opinion, the idiom "to go visiting" is not transitive. " ( I went visiting around my neighborhood. " This works.

In my opinion, the idiom "to go visiting" is not transitive. (It doesn't take an object.)

You could say, "I went visiting in Paris." (I went visiting around my neighborhood.)
"This is the first time I've been visiting in Paris." This works.

Where have you been? (reply) I've been visiting Paris! This is okay.
But when you precede
