Present perfect and past perfect use
Hi. Please correct these.
1. I think we can use a present perfect tense in situations to note that something is important to the present situation or something has just occurred. Can these overlap in application? Can only one party exert relevance to the present situation? I think the example has only B showing relevance.
A: He sent an email. Did you sent a reply?
B: Sorry, I didn't see it and didn't respond to it.
B: Sorry, I haven't seen it and haven't responded to it.
2. A: Have you reply to his email?
B: I don't remember seeing his email. As to your question, obvously, I didn't send a reply to him.
B: I don't remember seeing his email. As to your question, obviously, I haven't send a replay to him.
3. Can a past erfect tense be used here?

I have received your email. As to the gifts, I think we should send gifts to our friends who have been great help to us over the years. But who is (was?) John Doe you mentioned? I had never heard of him.
