Present perfect amd then past simple.

Hello!

When we want to express 2 or 3 actions in the past.
I have entered the room and I took the documents and got out of the room.

If for the first action we used the present perfect. Is it advisible to use past simple or present perfect for the 2nd and the 3rd action?

To make it clear for me: if we use 2 or 3 consecutive actions in the past we only have to use the past simple?
