Present perfect

teacher, I am not sure if I use the present perfect tense correctly in this paragraph. Please check for me. Thank you.

I called Ms. Xi as our school still has not received her consent form to allow us to bring her child to the zoo. Ms. Xi said she has been very stressful in recent months as she has had to deal with a lot of problems. Her landlord has been trying to force her and family and other tenants to leave. She is worreid there is a possibility she and family may have to move next month. I asked her to try her best to sign and return the form to us in a couple of weeks.
