Present Perfect

Hello,

Is there any difference between 'Have you ever gone to Paris?" and "Have you ever been in Paris?"
And between;
I have gone to Paris. And I have been to Paris.
I have never gone to Paris and I have never been to Paris.

Thanks

I was taught that "I have gone to Paris" means I am on the way to Paris or I am already in Paris..On the other hand, "I have been to Paris" means I have visited Paris before..

Some could argue that "I've gone to Paris" might imply that I'm there at the moment, as in:
"Where is he?" - "He has gone to Paris"
"I've been TO Paris" can never assumed this meaning.
