Present, Past and 3rd person

Hello

I need some assistance please.

Why are theses correct:
When does she come home?
Where does he usually study?

Why are theses incorrect:
When does she comes home?
Where does he usually studies?

she/he are both 3rd person so I feel like using comes and studies but I've been told that's incorrect...

Can you please explain. I have a feeling it's because of "DOES"?

Thank you

Yes, it is because of "does". When an auxiliary verb is used (in this case the verb "do"), it is the auxiliary verb that inflects for number, not the main verb. She does come home.

So what is the difference between:

She does come home or She comes home
and
Yes, he did ask blah blah blah or Yes, he asked blah blah blah

Also, which one is correct and please explain why and what is the difference between these tenses:
Once they pay for (something), I will make the change.
Once they have paid for (something), I will make the change.

Only the first verb in a series of verbs gets the inflection (-s present tense ending or -ed simple past tense ending). It's wrong to put the same inflection on any other verbs that follow.

The usual purpose of the emphatic auxiliary do in an assertion (does come) is to deny a negative claim.

— She doesn't come home on time.
— You're wro
