Hi all,

May I know if the following sentences are grammatically correct. Thanks.

Thanks for your prompt reply. May I know what is the point of adding "having" before "studied". I thought the rule was to delete the relative clause and be in order to use present participle as adj. Can you explain a bit more?
Many thanks.

Because you have finished the studying phase of your life in Melbourne, and are currently living somewhere else.
You need the perfect participle for actions completed before the action expressed by the main verb in the sentence.
