Present or past tense

Hi,

We visited her house this morning. She (has, had)___a beautiful place, which (is, was)___located up the hill.

My answer is either:

1. has, is

2. had, was

Are both answers 1 and 2 possible and correct?
I think has, was and had, is seem inconsistent and incorrect, don't you think?
