Present or past perfect

Why did you say I was cheating? Have/Had you seen me with another woman? Could I possibly use both?
The present perfect to ask if he has ever seen me with another woman, and the past perfect to ask if he had seen me with another woman before saying I was cheating?

The speaker is talking in present time, and the present perfect refers to present time. "Had you seen me with another woman?", the past perfect, refers to a situation in past time, and can't be used here.
