Present or future?

Hi! everyone. I have a problem using future as a present,I don't understand why people use "will" like that.
For example-In this sentence where a person says-
-If you have a site you will have noticed that.........
Why doesn't a person says -If you have a site you must have noticed that..........
I mean to say that why don't we use might, must to show the present perfect sense?
Thanks!

Compare:
If you had had a site, you would / might have noticed that...

The structure if (present perfect), ... (future perfect) ... is not used. For fur
