Present continuous Vs simple present

Suppose that you`ve already had your schedule and your colleague asks if you are working tomorrow, which one sounds better English:

1. I start at 13 tomorrow.

2.I`ll start at 13 tomorrow.

3. I`m starting ....

This doesn't mean anything. You could say at 1pm.
