Present Continuous or Present Perfect Continuous?

Hello! Help me, please.

Are both ways of saying the sentence correct?
Can they mean the same thing?

"I am working hard these days."
"I've been working hard these days."

Thanks!

There could be a difference, depending on the circumstances. In general, however, they can be used interchangeably.
