Hi! Are my interpretations correct with the context? Thanks, Fulvio

Dialogue 1

A. Have you been running?

B: Yes, I have.

A meets B in the street. B is walking along. A notices B is sweaty. B was doing the action of running but has just stopped.


Dialogue 2

A. Have you been waiting for a long time?

B. Yes, I have

A notices B is getting impatient. B was doing the action of waiting and is still waiting.
