Present continuous

Hello,

A little question about the forming in a present Continuous.
What's the form of a tag, a QWQ to the subject and an inversion question in the present Continuous?

Hi, I don't know what a QWG is, but anyway here are a couple of tag examples to consider. Tom is cooking dinner, isn't he? We are eating dinner, aren't we?
